78 rpm?
My biggest complaint with vinyl is that it't just too fragile. The sound quality rocks though.

Anyway ...
I went to college. I graduated. I went to work. I make "so little" money that after paying for rent and utilities and food and cigarettes (yeah I know bad habit and expensive) that I barely have money left for anything else and everyone I know that is around my age (most are slightly younger but not by much) are in the same boat. We all make (barely) enough money to pay the bills and anything we have of "worth" to US ... like our big screen HDTV or Playstation 3 or computer etc. ... most of that is only here due to mom/dad buying it for us as a birthday present or christmas present etc. because we make no money. In fact I am the ONLY person out of my close circle of friends that has an HDTV. I have at least 2 die hard movie buff fans that probably would have an HDTV and Blu-Ray if they had the money for it.
We aren't "bums". We all (mostly) went to college. We all work 40 hours a week (some more). We just get paid shit because that is how things are now for the vast majority of jobs.
It's really freakin' sad but hey that's where the drugs and booze come in

Actually Xylob the Destroyer, I'm 35 and I already own 2 houses myself, currently building a third one, and I don't wish to mention the rest I'm currently doing in my life. You have the half things I got and I bet you won't have a chance in Balkans.
Your Western John Wayne - like attitude, with the excellent use of phrases like "Life is a bitch", "get use to it", "If I can do it, everyone can", etc, it's a great explanation of why the next war gonna be between generations and not between the rich and the poor.
Also explains the isolation of some people, that are unable to understand what goes on around them.
When a Kid come close to you and shoot you, start telling him while bleeding, about your wild teens and the rest you posted to answer me. And since you have for granted that what you earned in life remains yours forever, better stay local, in your wonderful country which the boarders never change and it has remain the same the last centuries or so...
Basicly, I can only say to you, what Butthead said to Beavis a decade ago: "Look Beavis, Old people, huh huh huh"
On topic now, bring back the cassette tapes for data loading for ZX Spectrum 16K!!!

You seem to have mistaken my statements of fact for bragging. I've worked hard for what I have, and I deserve to be proud of that.
I didn't say I was livin' large in a mansion with Cadilac Escalades. I have a modest house and 2 well maintained vehicles that are both over 10 years old.

Xylob the Destroyer, you are obviously don't understand the basics...
You say:
"I've busted my "lazy American" ass for over a decade working 2 and sometimes 3 jobs at a time to get what I have. You wanna take it from me, no matter who the **** you (think) you are, you can bet your sweet ass you'll have a fight on your hands buddy.
If you don't have the balls to stand up for yourself, you don't deserve what you have anyway. '
OK... My answer: Be a proud Serb, work for a decade 2 and 3 jobs to got what you have and weak up one day, in your home town, in Albanian Kosova...
Yeah, sure, fight now... Superman...
(I'm not a Serb, that is an example)
I don't bet my sweet ass on you Xylob the Destroyer. No way...
I wrote it already, you didn't got it: Stay local, in your wonderful country, that the boarders never change.

Can do. If it were shitty here, I'd do what I needed to make it better or fail and go where it was better.
That's the basics.
I wouldn't expect anybody else to give a flying **** about my problems and fix them for me.
Personal accountability. Personal responsibility.
Crying and bitching about your situation does nothing unless you're just trying to blow off some steam because you're frustrated.
Taking the initiative to resolve your own problems is where it's at. That's been my point and still is. And that's also the basics.
I understand them quite well.

Wow. Your comment makes absolutely no sense.
Congratulations!
I speak of being realistic and taking care of your own damned problems instead of expecting others to solve your problems for you.
I live what I "preach".
You bring Santa Claus and fantasy into it.
