Hello,
I have recently bought myself a Hauppauge WINTV-DVB-s card with which I can capture videos straight from my digital satellite dish in MPEG-2 format. Unfortunately I have not succeeded in converting these MPEG-2 files in a format which is compatible with the SVCD format.
I have succeeded in creating a good vob file by first demultiplexing the mpeg file in a m2v and a mp2 file with tmpeg and then creating a vob file with dvdwise, but then the sound does not match the video. I don't succeed with bbmpeg.
Who can help me and tell me how i can create a good MPEG-2 compatible SVCD file or how I can create a VOB file in which the sound matches the videofile.
I thank you for your answer and for any help I can get.
