I encode AVI videos and I often have parasites (as mosaic effets) on some pictures of my VCD file encoded using TMPGEnc. It doesn't appear all the time, i.e. if I try to encode the same file again it is possible that no default will appear, but it is a problem to have to encode the same file several times to be sure not to have a "corrupted" result. It seems to be an "encoding defalt", but is it due to my configuration or is it normal ? Sometimes there is just one block corrupted on 2 or 3 successive pictures of the video, and the result is a short break while reading the movie on a DVD player. Do you have solutions to resolve my problem ? Thanks.
