Guide "Replace DVD Menus With VobBlanker"

hello.
I downloaded the avi video from the guide {url=https://www.videohelp.com/guides/how-to-replace-dvd-menus-with-vobblanker-avi-video-id959#959]How to replace DVD menus with VobBlanker (avi video)[/url]. I only got a black screen and no audio.
Anyone knows what the problem is?

Wmp and realbasic player work here even with gspot reporting the codec not installed , and vlc is black, there dose not appear to be any audio, just somebody clicking all over the place quickly, which might be hard to follow as whats actually going on.
