    Help!! I need a simple, Easy to use program that converts downloaded movies to DVD. I run windows Vista and have tried several freeware and trial programs with no results!!

    For payware, try ConvertXToDVD. It handles most formats fairly well. And not that expensive for the convenience. But FAVC and DVDFlick also work well.

    As many videos off the net are Xvid/Divx, you might also consider just using a Divx settop player and avoid re-encoding all together.
