Hey guys i can't see to get the video ini time with the audio
it seems that the video is skipping frames
i've tried changing the frame rate 12 a little bit slow 24 little bit slower and so on

If your source file starts with audio without video, or starts with video without audio, then that may cause a loss of sync when the streams get encoded separately. For best results, the audio and video should both cover the full length of the movie. So, if you can, add silent audio to parts without audio before exporting. Using DV as an intermediate codec may help, as it forces full length audio and video.
