    Has anyone used a usb tv tuner such as Hauppage Win-TV to record ?? I have a mobo onboard card output only, and thought I would try the usb tuner.

    Better to get the PVR model that encodes MPeg2 in the box.

    I got decent results with their WinTV PVR2 MCE edition. No load on the computer processor to speak of. I used it with Windows XP MCE.
