    I have 2 files one in xvid and other in x264
    How can i export subtitles from a x264 file and how from avi ( for example xvid)

    If they are hardcoded into the video stream, you can't

    If the subs are separate files in the same container, use avi-mux gui for .avi, YAMB for .mp4, and mkvextractgui for .mkv files
