Like most of us looking for a way to save a buck these days, I stumbled upon this website that offers a way to modify your engine to use water in order to enhance your MPG by a high percentage. I've tried to locate reviews (unbiased of course) but every review I've found has a link to buy the system from them in the end...
It seems "reasonable" to me, but then again, every scam does in the beginning.
Is it possible?, is it worth the money/effort?.
Do you know somebody using it?.

(BTW the "AS SEEN ON TV" sign scares the crap out of me as they sell crap that never works...)

I'd rather learn how to build a vimana by my own hands.
"AS SEEN ON TV!" should say it all. -
Take a look at Oxyhydrogen.
Consider that you are burning gasoline to power your car, including your alternator. Now take the output of your alternator and electrolyse some water into HHO (aka, Oxyhydrogen or "Brown's Gas").
Next burn the Oxyhydrogen as fuel to power your car and electrolyse more HHO.
Then, consider the Laws of thermodynamics and Conservation of energy. Now do you see the problem?
