Dailymotion: Private Videos (2 Questions)

Hey guys, I joined specifically to ask these questions. I hope someone can help me.

Question One: So I found this website that embeds private Dailymotion videos. Here is one of the pages. It plays on the 3asian website, but of course, when I try to click into the original Dailymotion video, it says that it's private and I cannot view it. I'm wondering how the original poster obtained access to the file, though. Is there some way of searching for (and watching) private Dailymotion videos?

Question Two: I found the embedded link of that video (this). KeepVid seems to only allow specific non-embedded links (on the KeepVid website it says "example: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/640x480/59902"). I would like to download these private Dailymotion videos, so is there some way to alter the embedded URL so that KeepVid will accept it...?

there is some video of chinese people in a deli? using firefox and the downloadhelper plugin i get a 30mb 4745716.flv video file of it.
