i got mpge file and it audio is not working. as i understand......its probebly becouse the audio is in 48000 hz and not in 41000 hz. so how do i fix it?
gow do i convert ,my audio to 44100 and please tell what softwere to use.

I use Sound Forge when I want to do this and it does an excellent job! Thsi software comes with the Soundblaster Live! cards.
