    hi

    i have a client who through his security system has recorded images - poor detail - of a robbery that affected his premises.

    im wondering if any of could recommend any software that i could employ to enhance detail and possibly extract say the number plate?

    i currently have premiere 6 and thats it

    love to hear your suggestions!

    Police crime labs have all the toys and skilled operators.

    If the car was stationary, you could try frame averaging to improve siginal to noise. That won't help a bad focus.
