    Phone aspect ration is 5:3 (400x240). I'd like to resize the video (400x225) basically letterboxing it with 7px spacing from the top and 8px spacing from the bottom. What would be the best way to go about doing this?

    I figured out how to convert it to AVI with correct sizing and with letterbox working correct, but I need an MP4 converter that won't resize my video at all. Any suggestions?
