I'm using TMPEnc to encode my DivX's to VCD format (and mix the extracted audio), and the mpeg's play back fine on my PC. After I burn them to CD, the picture is fine but the speed of the playback seems to slow down, then speed up again. I've tried burning with both EZ CD Creater 5 as well as Nero, and at slowest speed too. I'm using a silver CD-RW, 'cause they're the only surface that my DVD player will read. Is the problem actually some faults through the mpeg file, is there a way I can optimise the code in the file?
Or what else could it be? Anyone? I'm stumped....
