question on TmpegencDVD author

There are two ways i can see to make a movie fit on a DVD 5
01. Reduce the bitrate
02. click on it onto one DVD in the last screen of this program wiizard

What's the difference between these two options ands which produces abetter quality movie

No difference, both reduce bitrates. But you could use different encoding settings like 2-pass VBR encoding to get better video quality.
