I have a .WMV video file and I need to convert it to .MOV or .MPG. I have a converter, so I convert the file, it works fine on my computer, but then when I send it to my firend in Europe, they are getting either crazy sounding audio, and/or jumping, seprate music/picture ect. I thought it was perhaps that i hadent set the encoding to PAL, (instead of NTSC) but that didnt work either. Is there some setting that i am missing that';s causing it to not work on thier computer?? I do have one other option of saving as a FILM-vcd encoding, but I am not sure what that is really.
