  1. l only have 1 more time to change the region code, any advice?

    New firmware that specializes in removing that sort of thing. You'll need to know the exact make and model number of your drive. Not all can be "hacked" however.

    Make back-up copies for DVD's from outside your primary region, and set them to region-free. There are guides available on this site for backing-up DVD's and changing the region code. This would only apply to DVD's that you own, not rented or borrowed ones.

    There are a number of regionkill programs that will do that, including Anydvd.

    Check out http://forum.rpc1.org/index.php for custom firmware or you can use the freeware DVD43.

  6. i have used anydvd for many years-very very good, I have never changed the region on my dvd drives
    PAL/NTSC problem solver.
