Good Program / codec to encode Flash Vp6 files to avi? Audio is Out of Sync

I tried alot of programs to encode this downloaded flash file

Heres the flash file source informationL

Video Stream: On2 VP6

Audio Stream: Mpeg-1 Audio Layer 3

Video Stream info

264 Kbps 512 X 288 (16/9) at 25.00 fps

Audio Stream infio

128 KBPS 44.1 KHZ 2 channels Mpeg1 Audio Layer 3 (Dual mono)



I tried to convert it to avi using Xpress 4.0. So i selected Avi (video codec i used was)

Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V1, 512x288, 25 fps (Progressive) (Data Rate: 342 KBPS)(Key frame every 8 seconds)

Interleave Settings (I checked Intervleave) Interval: 1 Frame


Heres my audio settings i chosed

Microsoft ADPCM, 22.050 kHz, 4 Bit, Stereo

Then i click on convert and thats when the video that was converted starts making these weird noises in the beginning and audio / video is out of sync


If you can tell me why is this? or what im doing wrong and what settings i need to change please let me know
