I need to know which is better Asus 7700 Deluexe or ATi Radeon 64 VIVO for my Athlon 700 with Asus A7V133. I have 10GB but I can always upgrade. I want to capture video files so that I can burn them in to vcd format. Any suggestions? That would be nice. I wonder about MpEG2? Anyways thanks.
