I bought a Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop last year and have never been able to playback DVD's on it. The DVD's load but then after a few seconds of play I get a message saying my display environment doesn't support video playback, could someone please help me to make my display environment support it?
Thanks,
James

Does it say "Your display environment does not support protected content playback"?
If so, are you using an external display via HDMI or HDCP?John Miller -
