That's got to be very old software as the specs call for Windows 95/98 or NT! Only 32mb required and 8-bit color or higher. I don't think anyone in this day an age would want this software, but maybe I'm mistaken. Its not authoring software. It just produces a ADL list which can be used as input to authoring systems. Personally, I've never heard of that before, but maybe its still used today by professionals.

I doubt they would have made a webpage in 2008 for some old out of date software.
That could just be the minimum requirements, i could be wrong but it seem's kind of funny to build a page this year for something old and ancient.

This is the quote from the site for RECOMMENDED installation:

The following PC configuration is recommended:

Windows 95/98 or NT4.0 operating systems
    Intel® Pentium® 100 MHz comparable or faster
32 MB of memory (RAM), 16 MB free
    1 MB of Video memory
    8-bit color display or better
15 MB of available hard disk drive space

Trust me, its old software. It may still work well, but its old.

The copyright date shown at the bottom of that page is just a function of the way the webspace was set up - as in "date auto roll." It probably has nothing to do with when the page was put up.
