I want to be able to rip DVD material with the alternate angle, but still be able to use the subtitle track, and convert to iPod. I can use MacTheRipper to get the alternate angle, and I can even use "Streams" to get the subtitle tracks, but they are ripped separately as .SPC files, while the actual video stays as .VOB. Is there a program with which I can put these two together as one file so they all work correctly? Handbrake will give me a subbed video, but it won't give me an opportunity to choose an alternate angle.

for iPod video.....? Your kinda on your own in unchartered
territory......no one or no software can do what you
want for iPod video yet. Most softs only allow you to choose
1 stream each ( video, subs, audio) for mp4 format, i haven't seen
one yet that will allow multi angle, multi subs in an .mp4 container."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."
