Dear Chrissboy - I must first, extend my best wishes, to your wonderful software. I absolutely think it is the fastest and easiest conversion software I have found thus far.

I am experiencing a problem with trying to convert a DVD on the harddisk to usable .mpg files. It says :Finished processing 0 vobsets. Duration 00:00:00 . I can not find the c:\Program Files (x86)\BaderIT\Log folder? Ideas, Vista64Ultimate running v2.5 and trying to encode SM ALL VILLE_SEASON_1_DISC_1 ? (I even tried to create a \Log and \Logs and nothing was written to it)

Your software has worked for me on the other DVD's, so I seem to have a stubborn one. If I open a .vob in WMP, it will eventually allow me to find the root menu, so i think that my rip has been successful.

I would appreciate your thoughts -

the directory sturcture... ( there are no spaces in directory name between M and A and L and V -just want to fool the web crawlers )

    C:\SM ALL VILLE_SEASON_1_DISC_1\VIDEO_TS>dir

    Hi,

I think you may have to reinstall the program but use a different folder rather than c:\Program Files (x86). Due to Vista the application can't write in that folder and so the Log file can't be created.
