Guys, i was authoring a dvd that have 2 transcoded divx movies - and these movies were PAL i think - cause they have 25fps. Ok. I transcoded to 29.97 fps.
Used subtitle workshop to edit subs and i didn't understand one thing, i didn't change the subs fps to 29,97 cause they would get out of sync. why?
Another thing, when i imported the synced subs to the project, they got out of sync in Encore CS3. They used to start fine and finish about 4 seconds late. I read many many things and got some tips.
At the end of everything i replaced ALL the ":" of the subs in .txt, to ";".
And that fixed my problem, but i still have a question. Is that an easier way to transform a .srt sub to a format that encore will encounter no problems?00:00:12:10 00:00:15:12 Há um comportamento que repetimos centenas

Notice that the subtitles still is not in encore's format cause it asks the script to be like this:

2 00;00;15;13 00;00;18;14 de vezes durante o dia sem termos consciência.
