    Hope someone can point me to the right direction. I have outlook 2007. When i open any email messages up, the message disappears, it's annoying. I can view thru reading pane, but when i click on the email to open & view, bingo, black with an aero look. I will try to upload a picture for your guys to see. Thanks

    try creating a new user profile first
    then try the MS hotfix
