    Does anyone know how to take a screenshot from a vcd video clip? don't say print screen i already tried

    I just learned how to do this...
    Load up your movie in Virtual Dub. Under "edit" choose move to the beginning.
    From there you can either use you arrow keys on your keyboard and drage the slider around.
    Once you find the frame you want the screen shot of, under "video" copy to clipboard and then paste into whatever program you want to edit it in.

    Another way is you can use any screen captue tools like "camtasia" or "Hypersnap". These tools are really good.
    While playing you can capture.
