How do you remove intro from multiple wmv files at once?

Hi I would like to know if there is a way to batch process multiple wmv files to remove the first and last 4 seconds of each file.

Right now I have to use WMV editor to manually cut out the intro and endings.

Is there any program that can simple do this in a batch?

asfbin can be run from command line - there's a command line version at the author's site. I'm too lazy to figure out the syntax, but you can do it.
