Kaspersky internet service problem

Ok, it was running normally up til yesterday. Then suddenly it says that I need to update...however, now that I update it, it won't stop bothering me about my databases being obsolete. After I click the update and it completes several times it ends up saying update not required but the program continues to say that they are obsolete...so what is wrong with it? I even ended up reformatting and wiping my HD to see if it will change anything in case if there was a virus, but it did nothing at all...I really need help to see what's wrong with this program.

I'm not familiar with that application. Have you contacted the app vendor directly or visited their support forum? Problems such as these are often known issues and the fix is noted in their forum.

i fixed it, it was just a normal bug
