  1. I have just started using LSX mpeg encoder to convert my avi's to mpeg.

Can somebody give me an idea of how much an avi will increase in size when converted.

eg: If ive got an avi thats 600 meg, approx how big will the converted mpeg1 file be.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Regards

  2. What bitrate is the AVI you wish to encode, and is it compressed (i.e. DivX)?

At what bitrate is the mpeg-1 file going to be encoded?
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
