Hey all,

Having a problem with Media Player (v 10).
All our music is stored on a 'jukebox' PC in the basement. The "My Music" folder on that PC is shared out over the network.
If we want to play the music on that PC from another PC in the house, we just map that shared folder as the "M:" drive on the other PC.

I am ripping a bunch of my CDs onto that 'jukebox' PC, but I'm doing it from the PC in my office.
I have set the "Rip music to this location" to "M:" drive repeatedly, but it always reverts to "My Document\My Music".
Sometimes it resets to the default the same day I set it to the M drive, but sometimes it doesn't do it for a few weeks...

It's driving me nuts!

We just lost a lot of data on the 'jukebox' server (totally my fault) and now I'm trying to rip hundreds of discs (again) to restore our collection and this is just making me crazy.
"WTF?? I know I just ripped these 10 discs! Why can't I find them to add back to the library on this other PC? DAMMIT! It ripped them to my office PC again!"...

Is there a way to keep Media Player from defaulting back to "C:\Documents and Settings\Xylob\My Documents\My Music"?

TIA!!!
