    ok with the lastest flash CS3 there is flash video encoder, which for my surprise supports only 2 codecs
    "Sorenson Spak" and "on2 VP6"

    does that mean that now under the name of Sorenson Spak they use H264

    cause on wikipedia is said that this is pretty much alias for H263?

    sorenson, flash 7
    vp6, flash 8
    h264, flash 9

    cs3 should do h264 i guess.
    put it in an mp4 format and flash 9 supports it
