    Is it a way to connect stand alone DVD player to PC?
    I have "hotwire" card installed for my digital camcorder. Can it be reused?

    yes, but why do you want to? Out of curiousity.

    I mean if you want you can get a video capture card and hook the video through that and the sound through the line in.

    I mean that's one way, but I'm still trying to figure out why you would want to do such a thing. Especially when dvd drives are so cheap now.

    Even if you did you'd have to figure out how to get around the macrovision on regular DVDs that would not let you send the signal.
