    is there any software or tool that can convert from audio to text ?

    A speech recognition program. But they usually have to be 'trained' to recognize a particular voice and speech. Dragon Naturally Speaking is one program that comes to mind: http://www.nuance.com/naturallyspeaking/ You can find others by doing a search for ' speech recognition programs '.

    And the audio has to be very clear and free of background noise and music for these to work well.
