    I recently uploaded my family videos on to a shared drive for viewing via wireless network. Upon playback, I am experiencing long delays. I have been streaming larger movies files over my network for some time now using the same software (VLC)with minimal problems in past. Any tips/help would be much appreciated....

    There isn't enough information to provide you any usable feedback. Do your other "larger movies files" still stream without any issues? If not, you likely have network issues.
