    I have an avi with dual audio,i want to save out one audio track to the avi...I had a guide but have lost it now .Could someone point me to a guide or explain to me please?I have vdub-mp3 .

    virtualdubmod, open avi, under streams->stream list right click on the audio track and save as wav/demux.
