Just uploaded a couple of test vids using different formats. I'm including the &fmt=18 in the link
Uploaded as mpeg-4
http://youtube.com/watch?v=cIbCcPQJW44&fmt=18
Uploaded as Xvid
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utHXb9ag1do&fmt=18
Also an Xvid but higher bitrate than above
http://youtube.com/watch?v=u41oRCtPXlY&fmt=18
Now compare to the .flv version.

On the Xvid & mpeg-4 versions, there's a jerkiness to the playback which is also reflected on the originals when viewed on my computer. Notice how this is absent in the HQ .flv version. Is there some way to avoid this? I've tried different frame rates. These were all done with WinFF.
