    Im wanting to backup my anime. what setting in dvd shrink encoding should i use for anime.... also i have clone dvd is the backup quality better in clone dvd ?

    Tick the Deep Analysis box and use the default Sharp setting. However if you have to reduce it more than 10%, seriously consider using DVD Rebuilder with HCEnc instead.

    I recommend you invest in a program called DVDremakepro. It lets remove any and all excess junk on a DVD that you don't want, such as needless repeated intros/outros on episodic series discs.

    Another great feature is it lets you combine two or more DVDs onto a single DVD-R with menus to both intact. Which is a highly valuable feature when it comes to anime discs that only have about 3-4 episodes each. Once excess stuff is removed most of them don't even take up the whole disc, so you can take two-three and put them on a single DVD-R in Good quality.

    For the rest, DVDshrink is good enough when it comes to the final resize to fit.
