I have the following problem...
I recorded something with a Sony Camcorder onto several DVDs. Now I want to import these films into iMovie... but as you all know, iMovie can't read DVDs.
So I have to rip the DVD to a format that the programm can read. I tried to rip it with ffmpegX and so far it works pretty well...
BUT.... to rip the DVD to mpeg4 lasts about 20 minutes
then I have to import it into iMovie what lasts about 30 minutes... (wtf???)
Can I rip the DVD with ffmpegX to the format that iMovie works with, so that importing it wouldn't last that long?
thx
