Hello. I have an EasyCAP and in order to capture Pal 60 I saw a tutorial that I need to have the NTSC_433 mode in my computer (forgive me if I'm saying something dumb, but I don't know much about video capturing).
Is there a way to install a codec that enables NTSC_433 capturing in the computer or something? I tried 4 computers and none of them have this mode...
Thanks in advance!

It's actually NTSC 443
but the number is not the issue here.
NTSC 443 and PAL 60 mean the same thing - a NTSC signal capable of being played on a PAL device.
Your Easycap program can record a PAL 60 signal but in order to do so you must have a capture device capable of receiving it such as one with a BT878 video chip.
Download and run Dscaler. If you can see the video that your VCR is playing then you can record it. Otherwise you will need a card.
It is not a software/codec issue. -
I'm referring to this video:

I don't have the NTSC 443 option, what am I doing wrong?
In Dscaler I can only see B&W image on NTSC, and on PAL the image freezes :\ -

PAL 60 employs phase alternation (unlike NTSC) but uses a 60Hz field rate instead of 50Hz.
Nevertheless, they are both odd-balls reflecting the nonsense that was (and is) political division of television standardJohn Miller -

What you are seeing is the PAL60 signal. You capture device thinks it is an NTSC signal and shows it in Black and White. They all will without the neccessary hardware. -

There are other cards - older Hauggauge but not newer ones.
Same goes for older versions of ATI All-in-Wonder cardss (before 2006 models)
Matrox Marvel Cards also worked.
There are other cards. Do a google search for PAL-60.
Amother option is a digital standards converter like this one.

Note that a standard NTSC to PAL converter will NOT work.
Final option would be to obtain a genuine NTSC VCR or a multi-standard VCR. -
But I've seen other people with an EasyCAP capturing Pal 60 simply by following that tutorial...

What parts of the words "with a capture card" do you not understand ?
The guy who made that tutorial clearly had a compatable device. You do not.
I've had several capture cards. Some have done it. Some have not. In fact I have two in this PC and only one can.
Search these forums for PAL60 or PAL-60 and see what other posters have to say.
I now give up. -

Hang on one minute.
The original question and link referred to a software capture program.
We now seem to be talking about some hardware.
BOTH have the same name. Confusing or what ?
Now which one is it. Software or hardware ? -
This is getting confusing lol.
I have an EasyCAP USB Video Capture and I want to capture games in PAL 60.
Some people that have EasyCAP USB have that NTSC_433 option therefore they can record PAL 60 games with colour, all I want is to have that option too, but when I follow that tutorial I don't have that option, I only have 2 types of NTSC and lots of PAL, and when I select NTSC the image is black and white and when I select PAL the image gets colour and it freezes.
I tried like 3 different programs on 4 different computers. -

The only one I have at present that does these is DScaler. Mind you IIRC the issue was a little different before I filtered the signal through a ADVC (analogue/digital video converter) to clean up the signal before capture. This device does only support pure Pal or pure NTSC. I'm sure before this I could see PAL60 in programs such as Virtual VCR.
Ok, the purpose I does these captures is somewhat different to yours (NTSC video) but the end result should be the same.
I assume that this capture device uses WDM drivers. They can be quite fickle. You often have to set the record parameters with one program before you can use them with another. -

The comments for the originating video suggest that some EasyCaps do support PAL_60 and NTSC_433 and that others don't:

The second video which is a YouTube "video answer" to the first is a tutorial on Vista. -

As I said earlier....in this video the narrator CLEARLY says:
"I'm not sure if it is the same for EasyCap but it should be "roughly" the same"
He is NOT using an EasyCap.
What part of that didn't you understand? -
