"Invalid DVD navigantion Structure" Help

I used the tutorial of how to add subtitles to a dvd kepting the menu using DVD Lab pro.

That tutorial use to work but this time a had problem.

If i make an imagine of him, when open with DVDShrink gives the folling erro: "Invalid DVD navigantion Structure"
If i open the files its show the following error(picture)

What can i do
