Is there a way to take a DVD file and resize it to vcd size ie (352*288) but keep it as a DVD file - if that makes any sense? To explain things more clearly, I am trying to take two frames from two video files, one compressed and one original. The original being the DVD file and the other being a VCD file compressed from the original, but the problem is the two are different sizes. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks![]()

i'm a n00b but i've been fiddling with TMPengc
try the vcd profile to decrease the size. i dont think thats what you want though is it?
in the extras folder of where you installed TMPengc there is a profile called unlock. it unlocks ALL the settings (natch).
load your DV profile, then the unlock profile. you now have a fully editable DV setting. change the rez, sound etc...
...but this is theory. i dont know about it working, vcd compatibility etc etc.
just an ideaBeer gives courage wings
