  1. Hello to everyone, I've managed to get video & MP3 to play on my TomTom One XL using Tomplayer, the problem is, the frame rate is too much for the processor to handle, Tomplayer will play Xvid, MPEG2 & Divx. my question is, are there any Apps that can convert AVI to one of those three formats but allow me to convert at between 10 or 15 fps?

    Thanks.

  2. Yes there are a few (see the tools section) but for an all-in-one converter try asking/looking in the GPS subforum at http://www.ipmart-forum.com where many TomTom experts hang out.

The hammerhead chipset on the XL is a little slower on the video side, but I've seen good results on files re-encoded using a dedicated mobile mp4 encoder (I can't recall the exact software just now)
