Hi,

Where can I set the field order in CCE (version 2.70)???

My source video is a dv avi and is bottom field first.

I processed it through an avisynth script like this:

AviSource("myvideo.avi")
assumebff()
separatefields()
<some filtering and other processing>
Weave()

I unchecked progressive frame.

When I try to play the video in powerdvd, the video is jerky. The same encoded with tmpg xpress looks fine like the source.

PowerDVD may simply not like BFF video. Tick the "Output top field first" stream and leave the "Offset line" set to 1. That will convert to TFF.

Do I need to keep "progressive frame" unchecked ???????

Progressive frame should not be checked because working with interlaced video.
