I want to capture old Dv's that are in NTSC and Pal into my computer for editing.
I dont have any longer my NTSC DV cam . So, I thought :
Is there a good inexpensive DV deck that can help me to transfer both
formats into my computer ???

A number of Sony miniDV camcorders can play both though it is undocumented. Often, it is only over FireWire and not to the unit's display. Other makes may do as well.
You could either get a cheap/used onecamcorder off eBay for example.
It may be cheaper to get separate PAL and NTSC units, though.
I can't help you with models that work - the only ones I have direct experience with are quite expensive (>$1000 used). -
Not inexpensive. A PAL/NTSC combo DV deck such as the Sony DSR-11 retails for about US$1800 and can be obtained used from eBay for about US$1100.
