    I want to insert text into DVD movie as ADVERTISING, how can I do this by fastest & easiest way?
    please don't mention subtitle, I'm not talking about it at all

    Then what are you talking about ?

    Do you mean dropping a short advertising clip in before the movie, or a watermark over the movie ?

    Dropping a clip in can be done with something like DVD Remake or PGCEdit. Just make a VOB and screw with the structure.

    If you mean a watermark or text over the video then you have to demux the video, add the text, re-encode the entire video (you might be able to reduce the impact by using Womble to overlay the text and only re-encoded the overlay sections), then remux the video to recreate the VOBs, then replacing the original VOBs with the new ones.

    A lot of trouble just to piss people off (I hate advertising in DVDs - if I want advertising, I'll watch TV instead)

    Yeah...I mean watermark over the movie...and thanks alot for helping
