As there are all kinds of levels of experience of end users out there, I'm trying to write some instructions for accessing some extra content on a DVD. These instructions will be found inside the case. Anything you would change?:
Instructions For Accessing PDF Booklet & MIDI Files
(Note: You must have the Adobe Reader installed to view/print the
booklet. If you do not have Adobe Reader on your system, please
go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html
to download this software. There is no charge.)
Windows Users:
1) After inserting the DVD into your drive, double click the
My Computer icon on your desktop.
2) With your right mouse button, click on the icon for your
DVD drive and then click Explore
3) A window will open showing the folders on the DVD.
4) Click on the MUSIC folder and inside you will find the MIDI
files and the PDF booklet.
Mac Users:
1) After inserting the DVD into the drive an icon will appear
on your desktop.
2) Double click this icon.
3) A window will open showing the folders on the DVD:
4) Click on the MUSIC folder and inside you will find the MIDI
files and the PDF booklet.

For Windows users, not everyone has the MyComputer icon showing on their desktop. Might want to include instructions to handle that situation...

Yeah I thought about that actually. But then I figured My Computer is by default shown on the desktop, so the people that NEED these instructions are most likely going to be the same ones whose my computer icon is still on the desktop from the day they bought their computer from Best Buy =) Anyone that is capable of deleting the icon from their desktop is probably aware of how to find ROM content on a DVD.. Think so?

Ah heck, Vista, I forgot about that since I still use XP... Is the right click on the start menu still available in Vista? I could tell them to right click on their start button, then click Explore.
Or maybe I should just say "Click Start, click on "my computer"...."
