Anybody know what this is and how to fix. I'm trying to open a file with VirtualDub and this is what comes up.

Actually I've tried it first with a SVCD mpeg file and then converted it to VCD and still same error when I try to open it.

Man learning this stuff is frustrating. All I want to do is burn a SVCD that doesnt stutter to play on my Standalone DVD. I've seen in another post that someone has a similar prob with stuttering audio&video of SVCD.
My burned CD's work fine on my computer but not on my DVD player(panasonic RP56). I would like to try VirtualDub and then TmpgEnc to see if I can get it to work but VirtualDub will not let me load the file because of this error.

Can anyone help...please?
