Question about home theatre projector

My aunt has a restaurant/bar in Germany and she currently has 1 projector for showing soccer matches. This projector and curtain are at the far end of the restaurant, which is good because the sunlight from outside doesn't interfere with it; it is quite a dark area when you turn off the lights.

Now the plan is, she wants to get a second projector due to the euro cup matches coming up this summer. However, the only place for the 2nd projector is near the main entrance of the store where there are large windows and plenty of light coming in. My question is, what kind of a projector is required for bright areas? I heard that contrast ratio is important...I'm not well informed on projectors in general, so any insight or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
