As a first test, try a directory without space characters like c:\temp\dvd

i.e Chose a directory or folder that does not have spaces for Temp Directory and Save To input boxes on the burn dialogI ekil plehoediv...

hi i tried that and still came up with the same error message just a different folder this time

this is what I have on my Burn dialog...
Temp Directory: C:\DVDVids\HipHopVids
Create an ISO image is selected
Save to: C:\DVDVids\ISOFile\hiphopdvd.iso
I don't remember what happened when I tried an option to Burn direct to DVD, so i always use one to Generate an ISO file, though this option gives an error which I can't recall right now (I think it's exactly the error you're getting).
You may ask why I'm not worried about the error when generating ISO? Because the DVD files in a folder are generated and I then take them to DVD Shrink for ISO generation, if I see a need...
Good luckI ekil plehoediv...

I would guess that your source clip is somehow not agreeable with dvdstyler. have you tried other MPG files (just for testing purpose)?
Can you Demux them into separate video & Audio streams and then add them to DVDstyler?
Could paste the results of the entire log into your post, instead of just the last line? -

Gentlemen, I am getting the EXACT same error as the original poster and it's bothering me because I tried everything ! ! !
If I make small clips, everything will work fine, like clips under 20 minutes.
but if I have large clips, like an hour, then I get this error. It is very strange and I can not figure out how to fix this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! -
Probably it would be the best to ask in the dvdstyler forum:

That forum is dead, the OP already went there and got no replies....
Someone on here should be able to figure this out. -
Paste the entire error log, please. Someone may be able to glean something from it.

This is a 'famous' dvdauthor error. Sometimes it can be solved by using another muxer. I don't know which muxer is used by dvdstyler - according to the log, I cannot recognize the output, but it seems to be another muxer, not mplex which is recommended for dvdauthor). Another idea would be to try restream for your video files.
As all video properties seem to be 100% DVD compliant, you could try my authoring application (GfD) and use the muxman engine. This has solved some dvdauthor related problems recently:
