    I've seen this done before, not sure how to put it into words though. I have a 25 second video, shot on a tripod (camera not moving) but then something enters the bottom of the frame towards the end that I don't want to be there. It doesn't get in the way of the moving subject, so if there is a way to replace just the bottom portion of the frame with what it looked like before the disturbance, that would be what I need to do.

    Does what I'm asking make sense?

    I think I did it with a combo of track motion and pan & crop. The only issue is that now there is a horizontal line that runs across where it's covering the video below. Is there a way to somehow blur that line, or make it not so noticeable?

    I usually just zoom in a little bit...tracking towards the top of the frame
